Xixin Innovation is an AI full-lifecycle social exchange service platform. With cultural communication and banquet social exchange service technology at its core, it connects hotels and banquet hosts through a free digital banquet gift ledger, and uses an AI social exchange manager to accumulate long-term relationship assets, covering social exchange scenarios at personal life milestones and corporate business milestones.

We move the social exchanges at banquet venues from paper gift ledgers to online records: guests scan a QR code to register themselves, AI automatically deduplicates and corrects errors, and gift money and gift information is stored in a structured format. After the banquet ends, these records continue to accumulate as long-term relationship assets, so hosts remain at ease at the next important milestone. The platform only provides recording, reminder, and management tools; it does not collect payments, settle accounts, or transfer funds.

We hope to use a restrained, reliable set of tools to ensure that the social exchanges at every banquet are properly recorded and managed long term, while clearly safeguarding privacy and financial boundaries.
Guests scan a QR code to register themselves, AI automatically deduplicates, corrects errors, and standardizes names, and gift money and gift information is stored in a structured format, avoiding the illegible handwriting, omissions, and duplication of paper gift ledgers.
After the banquet ends, the exchange records continue to accumulate into a social exchange ledger that can be queried, used for reminders, and reviewed, helping hosts respond with ease at the next milestone, such as a full-month celebration, birthday banquet, housewarming, or opening ceremony.
The platform only provides recording and management tools. It does not collect payments, settle accounts, or transfer funds. Gift money transactions are always completed directly between the host and guests, with no fund link introduced.
Guest information is collected minimally, gift money details are visible only to the host, and guests cannot see each other's information. Data is stored encrypted and can be destroyed on request.
Four terminals work together to cover the complete banquet social exchange chain: hosts and guests use the mobile terminal to register and view records, hotel operations staff use the admin backend for coordination, the venue uses the check-in terminal for welcome registration, and the banquet hall screen terminal displays the attendance list and blessings.
