An AI relationship concierge then turns each banquet's interactions into a long-term relationship asset that can be managed over time, with ongoing reminders and follow-ups at life and business milestones such as first-month celebrations, birthday banquets, housewarming, business openings, and corporate anniversaries. The platform covers a four-part product system: mobile user app, web admin console, venue check-in terminal, and banquet hall large-screen display, providing banquet hotels, wedding banquet centers, high-end restaurant chains, and wedding service agencies with digital capabilities that can be embedded into existing service workflows. The platform does not touch fund flows: it does not collect payments on behalf of others, does not clear funds, and does not transfer money.
